Totally seperate to the main gym. This is for people wanting to shed a few lbs, tone up and improve their overall fitness and wellbeing. Fully equipped with a large range of Life Fitness equipment including treadmills, upright and recumbant bikes, steppers, cross trainers, rowers and more.
We have a designated room equipped with a range of bags and other equipment. This room also features a boxing ring.
We hold Boxing classes 3 times a week and are tought by a qualified ABA coach.
